GoodSalt offers a 30 day return policy (excluding CD Collections and individual image licenses). If you are not satisfied for any reason with the product you have purchased you may return it within 30 days of the original order. Products that are defective in any way may be replaced or refunded in full.  A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returned products when there are no defects (You will be refunded up to 75% of the original amount paid).  We do require notification of a return by calling Customer Service during regular business hours (MST) at 800.805.8001.

CD Collections (either downloaded or shipped) and individual images that are licensed and downloaded cannot be refunded because of the unverifiable nature of licensing transactions, except when there has been an accidental multiple ordering or charging, in which case we will be happy to refund any unintentional charges.

Please review the images on the CD Collections before purchasing. All images from each collection can be viewed on the CD preview pages.

GoodSalt will replace at no charge to you a defective CD within 30 days of your original purchase. After 30 days a $20 charge (includes shipping) will be due for a replacement CD upon verification of your original order.
