1. What is the difference between the Truth for Today DVD/PowerPoint and the new His Way of Hope DVD?

One of the biggest differences is the quality of the graphics - the hundreds of new contemporary illustrations and photography exclusive to the new His Way of Hope DVD, whereas the older Truth for Today DVD has more well know traditional Adventist art in it. The Truth for Today DVD contains both a PowerPoint collection of illustrated sermons while the new His Way of Hope DVD has a built-in proprietary player that works like PowerPoint and Sermon Synchronizer does, and also plays on a DVD player. It works on all versions of Windows, but an Apple version is not out yet, although one is planned. Another difference is that the new DVD cannot be copied or pirated easily. This is one reason we have been able to keep the price down while also making a dramatic investment in new content. The new His Way of Hope DVD requires a serial activation code which you get when you purchase the DVD.  His Way of Hope DVD is available in international English only, although a Spanish version is in the works and we plan to have it available in over 30 languages, just as is currently available with the Truth for Today DVD.

2. What is Truth for Today DVD/PowerPoint?

The Truth for Today DVD contains both a PowerPoint collection of illustrated sermons and a DVD that can be played like a PowerPoint using any DVD player. The product includes 27 sermons on Biblical truths and topics such as the Ten Commandments, Creation, the Sabbath, and Salvation by faith in Christ. ShareHim campaigns are 16 nights long with three Sabbath sermons. If you look under resources on the main ShareHim site, you will find the topics we use on a regular basis in ShareHim campaigns. However, there are a total of 27 sermons so people who are holding their own meetings have more to choose from.

3. What is Sermon Synchronizer?

If you give PowerPoint presentations and use notes but don’t want to be tied to a podium with paper notes then Sermon Synchronizer puts your notes on your laptop screen. The Sermon Synchronizer software allows you to see your speaker notes on the laptop screen at the same time your audience views your regular presentation via your projector - you see your speaker notes and audience graphics at the same time. The new version allows you to create your own presentations and has many editing features to help you create your notes. The software also has a helpful countdown timer clock.

4. What is the difference between the basic Sermon Synchronizer and the full version?

The basic version bundled with the Truth for Today DVD works only with those DVDs. The full version lets you use all the features of Sermon Synchronizer with your own custom graphic slides and notes. In other words, you can create your own original sermons and graphics using Sermon Synchronizer the same way you did with the basic version and the Truth for Today DVD.

5. Do the PowerPoints and Sermon Synchronizer work with VISTA?

Yes.

6. May I use the art on the DVD/PowerPoint for my own sermons, or other projects?

No. ShareHim has licensed the artwork from the artists for these products alone.
