There are two kinds of products sold at GoodSalt: Products like Giclée prints and licensed images. Here is the difference: printed products may be used any way you wish for as long as you wish. Like most products, you may sell them to others.

Licensed images are a little different by nature. A licensed image is a little like "renting" an image. Downloaded images must be used according to the licensed agreement.

GoodSalt CDs are also licensed but the term of the license is for as long as the buyer owns the CD. The buyer can use the images for many many years. The two restrictions are that the CD may not be duplicated except as a backup on the original buyer's hard drive and the images may only be used for non-commercial presentations. Of course, that is what the CDs were designed for - presentations.
