Hawthorne Roots Blossoms and Fruit

Isaiah 27v6 says that Israel will take root, blossom and bear fruit that will fill the whole world. On my farm there are some old Hawthorn trees. They are tough survivors with wicked thorns that repel attack. When I discovered that the Hawthorn grows in Israel I saw it as a symbol of God's power to restore and bless.
