Positive Thinking

When we go to a restaurant, we look at the menu, fill our stomachs with what we have chosen, digest it, and what we have eaten then becomes part of us. These days, there is a growing emphasis on eating healthy. In the same way, we become and live out what we choose to fill our minds with. We must choose to think healthy. The Apostle Paul knew this, practiced it and wrote these encouraging words from prison to believers.
